Recertification

Re-certification classes are available for those who have had the training before and would like to "challenge out" to be re-certified. Participants must perform the skills without instructor prompting and make 80% on the written exam. All training materials will be provided.

1. First Aid, Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED $75.00 ** See Class Schedule

2. Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED $65.00 ** For Next Challenge

3. Infant/Child CPR $40.00 ** Date & Time

4. CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer $50.00 **

Blended Leaning Skills

As part of the Blended Learning for First Aid & CPR you are required to perform all associated skills with a FA/CPR/AED Instructor before receiving your Certificate & Skills Car.

Re-issue of certification cards - Replacement Fee is $10.00 - To request a replacement certificate fill out the form at this link, Certificate re-issue.
