11/13/2008 We have changed this
page, hopefully to be easier to navigate. Things have been divided down
into different Categories with links to details of each.
This is a new link to allow ARC
to collect input from students of the certification & training classes.
This will provide information to improve the process if needed. Please take
the time to read and complete the survey.
All of the links to documents below have
to be either 1. Printed after you enter information to be able to FAX or
MAIL or 2. Downloaded to your PC to complete before emailing as an
attachment. They will not be sent to NW Arkansas Red Cross automatically when
you exit the form while ONLINE.
Forms are in (.doc) or (.xls)
format, if you have any difficulties downloading documents please contact health&safety@nwarkansasredcross.org
and we will supply them.
